What our clothes are made of — and what we can prove.

Sustainability pages are easy to fill with logos. We would rather tell you what we actually know about our stock, and be clear about what we cannot claim.

Fabric composition

Every product page lists the fabric composition of that specific garment — for example a cotton/viscose blend or a cotton/nylon mix. The composition comes from the factory’s own specification for that lot, not from a generic marketing description. If a page says 100% cotton, that is what the factory specification says.

Care instructions

Washing and ironing guidance is on each product page, written for the fabric in that garment. Following it is the single biggest thing you can do to make a piece last — most shrinkage and pilling comes from heat, not from the fabric being poor.

Certifications — what we do and do not claim

We do not hold our own OEKO-TEX, GOTS or similar certificates, and you will not find those logos on this site. Some of the factories we buy from do hold certifications for specific lines, but we are not going to show a certificate for a fabric that is not in your order.

If your market or your buyer requires testing or certification, tell us before you order. We will confirm for that specific lot what can be arranged, what it costs, and how long it takes. That is a per-order answer, not a website claim.

Shipping

Orders ship from China. We do not claim carbon-neutral shipping, because we have not offset it. What we can tell you is how your order is packed and what the delivery estimate is for your region — both are on the shipping page.

If something is wrong

Unused items can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. The details, including what is excluded, are on the returns page. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send return instructions.
