Where do you ship from?
From our own studio in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Every piece is cut and sewn by our small team before it is packed and shipped to you.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 10-18 business days to the United States and Canada. Express shipping: 5-10 business days.
Can I return an item?
Yes – 7 day returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Sale items are final sale, and underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, custom or personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned. Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists its own measurements, and our Size Guide shows how to measure yourself. If you are between two sizes, tell us your measurements and we will advise.
Who makes your clothes?
We do. Every garment is made in our own studio in Suzhou – we cut out the middlemen and retail markups, and inspect every piece before it ships.
