We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale (no returns)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email us at zhimoshangmao@gmail.com with your order number
- We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free for exchanges. For refunds, a flat .99 return shipping fee may apply.
