What we do
ZhiMo Trading is a garment trading company based in Changshu, Jiangsu, China. We do not own a factory and we do not describe ourselves as a manufacturer. We buy from garment factories in the Changshu and Zhili production belts, and we sell what they make.
That distinction matters, so here it is plainly: the factories cut and sew the garments. Our job is choosing what to stock, checking it before it ships, and getting it to you. When something is wrong with an order, it is still our problem — we are the party you bought from.
Changshu and Zhili are among the largest garment production centres in China. Working here means we can visit a factory, see a production run, and reject a lot before it ever reaches you. That is the practical advantage of being based in the region rather than buying blind from a listing.
Where we are honest about being new
The company was registered on 29 June 2026. We are not a decades-old family business, and we will not pretend to be one. What we can offer is straightforward: the product page tells you the actual fabric composition, the size chart is the real one, the price is the price, and the return policy is the one we actually honour.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. If your order needs specific testing or certification for your market, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what can be arranged for that order — we will not put a logo on this page and let you assume the rest.
How an order works
Order on the website and pay by PayPal or card. We pick, check and pack the order in Changshu, then ship it internationally with tracking. Delivery estimates and shipping costs by region are on the shipping page; the return terms are on the returns page. If something is not right, email us and we will sort it out.
