Our Studio
We make beautiful clothes, the right way.
Suzhou, China — A City of Silk
For over 2,500 years, Suzhou has been the epicenter of Chinese textile craftsmanship. The city’s silk was so prized that it traveled the Silk Road to emperors and kings. That legacy of meticulous handwork — of treating fabric as art — is in our DNA.
We are a family-owned studio that has spent three generations making garments for some of the world’s most respected fashion houses. You’ve probably worn clothes we made — you just didn’t know it.
In 2024, we decided to do something different. Instead of making clothes for other people’s brands, we would make them for ours. And we would sell them directly to you — no middlemen, no retail markups, no compromises.

Where Your Money Goes
A typical $198 dress at retail costs about $22 to make. The rest goes to wholesalers, distributors, retail rent, and brand marketing. We think that’s broken. Here’s what happens when you buy from us instead.
*Based on a typical $49 dress from our collection vs. comparable $98 retail.
🌿
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Every fabric we use is tested for over 1,000 harmful substances. Safe for your skin, safe for the people who make it, safe for the planet. We publish our certifications online — no greenwashing, no marketing fluff.

Fair Wage, Real Lives
Everyone in our Suzhou studio earns at least 35% above the local living wage. We provide healthcare, paid leave, and profit sharing. Happy people make better clothes — it’s that simple.
